Leukemia attacks for the first time

Victoria's life, until March 2022, was filled with ordinary, and therefore the most beautiful daily life - full of joy, carefree, laughter and meetings with friends. Everything was interrupted by a diagnosis that can fit pain, fear and helplessness in three words: acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

The moment of diagnosis began a long marathon of treatment, physically and mentally exhausting, full of moments of breakdown and doubt, but also flashes of hope. Days began to pass with transfusions, cycles of chemotherapy, punctures, steroid therapy and arduous rehabilitation. The hospital rhythm became the only one, as if the world had shrunk to the limits of the patient room.

Victoria fought valiantly. In time, the results began to improve, and her body, though tired, began to regain its strength. For the first time in many months, the girl's dad, was able to breathe a sigh of relief, although deep in his heart he was still accompanied by the fear that the joy might be too soon.

Leukemia attacks a second time - harder

In late November 2024, Victoria began to have difficulty walking. Day by day her condition worsened, until in January 2025 she stopped walking altogether.
A series of tests, MRIs, biopsies and finally the news that froze the whole family: leukemia recurrence with infiltration on the spine.

The burden of this information was unimaginable. Knowing what the treatment would bring, how difficult the next months would be, made the return to hospital reality even more painful. The heartbreak could only last a moment, as the battle began immediately.
The opponent was stronger and more demanding than before. Aggressive cycles of chemotherapy did not have the desired effect. The only chance to save his life became a bone marrow transplant.

After months of research and anticipation, a donor was found. Victoria underwent a transplant, which became a symbol of hope and a second chance.
Today, under constant care of doctors, protected from infections, still very weakened, Victoria is in recovery. It's a long and difficult road, but it's finally leading to better things.

Affectionate fatherhood

Dad is by his daughter's side every day. He keeps vigil at her bedside, arranges medications, rehabilitation, consultations and everything needed to get Victoria back on her feet - literally and figuratively.
Struggling alone for a child, the daily expenses and huge medical costs are a burden that cannot be borne alone.

Victoria still requires intensive rehabilitation, psychological support and regular medical check-ups. Every day is an expense, and every improvement is the result of many sacrifices.

Daily struggle requires support

This family has been through too much for them to run out of strength now. Any form of help will become a breath that brings relief.
In the fight for a child's life, a parent is able to sacrifice everything, so the support of this love by the sensitive, empathetic hearts of others has great power.

Every zloty, every sharing and every kind word matters here. From such small gestures, great power is born, which allows us to persevere with the hope of ultimate victory.

This story is a journey through dramatic twists and turns, moments of hope and fear. Let's help write its happy ending.
