We declare that the Foundation is the sole data controller, including personal data on the Foundation's services.
Privacy protection
Out of concern for the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent your data from being made available to unauthorized persons. Purpose of data processing
Personal Data is obtained only when the User provides it in the course of registration, by sending an e-mail, by filling in a form, in inquiries addressed to the Foundation and in similar situations in which the User has chosen to provide such information, e.g. for the purpose of the information contact service process. Personal Data is processed on the basis of voluntary consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or for the purpose of performance of the contract concluded between the parties.
