The disease has returned! Zosia is ready to fight again!
Following a successful operation to remove the detected tumor and subsequent rounds of chemotherapy Everything seemed to indicate that the treatment was on the right track and brings Zosia closer to her long-awaited victory over her illness. Unfortunately, the latest updates have brought some difficult news. The doctors confirmed that the disease had returned... This means that treatment will have to start all over again... The family is once again facing a huge challenge. One thing, however, remains unchanged—the determination to keep fighting. It's been a year since the diagnosis. Treatment is still ongoing.
October 11 marked one year since the doctors handed over the diagnosis, which marked the beginning of a difficult road. A year full of struggle with pain, fear, but also with tremendous hope that did not allow to give up. Detected in August 2025, the tumor was successfully operated on. It was a moment of relief before the next cycles of chemotherapy. Zosia bravely continues her treatment with cytostatics, and there are only two cycles left until the end of therapy. The next stage is fast approaching. An imaging study is scheduled for November 19, which will help doctors assess the effects of the therapy so far and plan the next steps in treatment. It is a time full of tension, but also hope that this year of struggle brings Zosia closer to the coveted victory. October 17, 2025
A new adversary - tumor between the intestines
Doctors have detected an alarming lesion in Zosia - a tumor located between the intestines. The girl now faces major surgery, during which a section will be taken for histopathological examination. Only it will give an answer as to what exactly she was facing. Immediately after the surgery, Zosia will undergo a CT scan - another important step in further diagnostics and treatment planning. All signs point to radiation therapy ahead of her. This is another difficult stage in this uneven fight. We are keeping our fingers firmly crossed that the results won't bring bad news and the treatment will have the desired effect. Any support - now more than ever - is of great importance. The silence that has become a signal

The house with Zosia was full of life. When it became quiet, at first Mom thought of a "hatching" infection: a cold, tonsillitis, or perhaps simple weakness? Zosia was grouchy, lethargic, without appetite. Nothing more. However, this "nothing" lasted too long.

Fear that has set in

The diagnosis that came down was a huge blow: malignant cancer of the kidney, Wilms' Tumor. And so fear knocked at the door of yet another happy family. Overnight, Zosia was torn from her small, safe world. The huge and unfamiliar hospital walls made the three-year-old anxious.

Little Susan is facing cancer again - as if once was not enough.

Strange devices and insertions that, despite the announcement of the lady in the white apron, were not at all like a simple mosquito bite. Hope returned with the surgery, during which the tumor was removed. The price for recovery was high - removal of the left kidney, but the joy of returning home - priceless.

The state of euphoria did not last long

During one of the follow-up visits, doctors noticed a new lesion in the girl's abdomen. At this point, doctors are not undertaking to say that it is a cancerous lesion. Everything depends on the result of the MRI. The answer will be short. "Yes" or "no".... We are all waiting for this "no" with great hope.

Needs that can't wait

Before a final decision can be made, action is needed. Funds are needed for travel to the hospital, a specialized diet, supplementation, hygiene products, immune-boosting drugs and the rehabilitation that awaits Zosia after treatment is completed.
