There were problems with pressure., which is why Antosia was placed under constant cardiological care. Her renal tubules stopped functioning properly, which forced lnephrology treatment and taking prescription medication, which remains valid for only seven days after opening. Another stage behind Tosia

Last week, Tosia underwent another serious operation—the removal of a tumor located in her lungs. The procedure, although difficult, was successful. The doctors report no complications. Afterwards, the girl is recovering in the clinic. She still needs some time to regain her strength, but as always, Tosia is returning to balance at her own pace. Her good mood has already returned, which is a good sign. In two days, if everything goes according to plan, she will be able to return home again. It's a small respite in the long march through illness, but every moment like this is important and possible thanks to you!

After everything Tosia had already been through, we wanted so badly to believe that there was a happy end to this dramatic story. We all lived in the belief that now it would only get better, more peaceful and that cancer has retreated. However, our hope collided with a cruel reality. During the check-up Doctors detected another tumor - this time on the lung. Words that took away the breath again. Instead of relief - another portion of fear. Instead of an ending - a new chapter of struggle.

Still in treatment... 

Doctors are doing everything to make the tumor shrink. As soon as it begins to shrink, a date for surgery will be set. Again, this will require tremendous strength and dedication from Tosi. Currently, the girl is under the care of a cardiologist and a neurologist, as her body has been severely overloaded by the treatment so far. To regain what the disease has taken from her, Tosia requires systematic rehabilitation . Every movement, every attempt to stand up, walk a few steps, is now a huge effort.

She went home for a while

At the end of October, Tosia switched to maintenance chemotherapy in pill form. This means less frequent visits to the hospital and more moments spent at home with her beloved siblings, with her toys, with the ordinary yet so priceless.
