Sylwia is only 31 years old, yet this is the second time she has had to face cancer head-on. When she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2018, she underwent difficult treatment and won her battle for life. It seemed that the worst was behind her. Unfortunately, in February 2026, she received another diagnosis: blood cancer. Today, she is once again living between medical tests, fear, and the struggle to find the strength to keep fighting.

Cancer came back into her life for the second time

After her experience with ovarian cancer, Sylwia tried to get her life back on track and live peacefully after everything she had been through. She hoped that the hardest part was behind her. Unfortunately, fate presented her with another dramatic challenge. In February 2026, doctors diagnosed her with myeloproliferative syndrome and essential thrombocythemia—a blood cancer requiring constant hematological monitoring and further treatment.

For Sylwia, this is a huge emotional blow. Her body and emotions, which have already been ravaged by her battle with cancer, must once again face fear, uncertainty, and daily stress.

Another battle for health

Since her diagnosis, she has undergone further tests, consultations, and specialized diagnostic procedures. Sylwia has had a bone marrow biopsy and remains under the constant care of a hematologist. She has regular blood tests and is preparing for the next stages of treatment. Doctors are considering the need to initiate cancer drug therapy, including oral chemotherapy.

The disease is already taking a heavy toll on Sylwia’s body. She is experiencing weakness, sudden nosebleeds, and chronic fatigue. Every day brings new worries about test results and the course of her treatment. In addition, Sylwia is also struggling with other comorbid conditions, including hypertension, bronchial asthma, hypothyroidism, and anxiety and depressive disorders, which make her daily functioning even more difficult.

A daily life filled with fear and helplessness

Sylwia admits that there are days when she finds it difficult to manage even her basic responsibilities. Her illness has had a profound impact on her mental health and sense of security. Her husband supports her in her daily life, helping her get through this extremely difficult time.

The biggest challenge, however, remains faith—faith that once again, I will be able to beat the disease and regain a more peaceful life. Cancer is not just about treatment and test results. It is also a tremendous emotional burden, constant stress, and fear of what the coming months will bring.

I want to feel at peace again

Before her illness, Sylwia found solace in music and spending time with animals. Today, most of her daily life revolves around treatment, doctor’s appointments, and taking care of her body, which is once again fighting cancer.

The funds raised will be used for medication, medical nutrition, transportation to medical tests and specialist appointments, and daily support related to her treatment and recovery. Please support Sylwia. She has already shown once that she can fight cancer with tremendous strength. Let’s help her go through this journey once again and regain hope for a peaceful life without constant fear of tomorrow.
