For more than a year, Maja has been fed through a PEG, which makes it easier for her to take in essential nutrients. Unfortunately, she also faces serious orthopedic problems - hip subluxation with associated dysplasia, which causes pain and hinders her daily functioning.
Despite numerous difficulties, Maja is an extremely strong and brave girl. Her daily life consists of rehabilitation, specialized care and a constant fight for the best possible quality of life. Each of her smiles is a great victory, and her story shows how great strength lies in the smallest hearts.
