Update

Philip has entered the maintenance treatment stage❗.
It is a time that brings hope, but does not yet allow for full breathing. Every six weeks the boy undergoes a lumbar puncture with the administration of chemotherapy. Each of these procedures is a small step toward health, although it still requires tremendous strength and patience.
Effects of treatment
Fortunately, Philip's toughest stages of treatment are behind him, but the disease has left a permanent mark on his body, which still requires attention and care. Philip needs constant care from a cardiologist and an endocrinologist, as his heart and hormonal balance need to be under constant surveillance. This is not the end of the battle, but a stage where daily life becomes a little calmer, though still challenging. Philip endures every test, every doctor's visit and every day with a smile and unprecedented strength. Your support still makes a huge difference - help Filip! May 29, 2025

Explore the history of

Growing anxiety

By the spring of 2024, Philip was increasingly struggling with recurrent infections accompanied by enlarged lymph nodes and nosebleeds. Although the pediatrician initially suspected sinusitis and recommended treatment with steroids, the boy's condition did not improve. The parents, increasingly concerned about the lack of a diagnosis, began to seek help from more specialists.

Each consultation offered hope of an explanation, but that hope quickly faded. Tests performed one after another failed to confirm the diagnoses, and meanwhile Philip's condition continued to deteriorate.

Uninvited words that burned dreams

In July 2024, after weeks of vague symptoms and ineffective leads, Philip finally heard the name of the enemy. T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia - a diagnosis that gave no time for despair, but forced action. Treatment at the Cape of Hope in Wroclaw began immediately, and every day from then on became a struggle to make the future still possible.

Today, every day of Philip's life is a battle for life, carried out to the rhythm of hospital procedures.
A family that fights side by side

Next to Philip are always his parents, who keep vigil at his bedside, look for strength where it should have been long gone, and try to tame each new stage of treatment. They are the ones who make sure that the boy, despite his illness, feels like a teenager and not just a patient. Philip's struggle is also their struggle - a daily, quiet one, often with their own fear and helplessness.

Together we can make it so that instead of fighting for life, Philip can again fight just for his dreams.
