One pregnancy, two deadlines and a dramatic finale
Despite the seemingly normal course of the pregnancy, worrisome signs began to appear in the study. A 3D ultrasound revealed that the pregnancy date had been overstated by almost a month. Despite this, doctors remained with the original delivery date. Hania was born on January 24, 2017 in asphyxia. She was not breathing on her own, her fetal waters were green.
She came into the world later than she should have, and this staggered time line became part of her story forever.
Epilepsy and anxiety that did not let go
For the first years of life, apart from reduced muscle tone, the girl developed normally. In 2020, she was diagnosed with epilepsy. Drug treatment was started, which brought partial improvement.
A neurologist in December 2023 decided to gradually discontinue the drug, but Hania is still under constant specialized care.
In this family, cancer does not end with one child.

In January 2024, due to her younger sister Tosi's disease (neuroblastoma), Hania underwent a prophylactic abdominal ultrasound.
The result was shocking! Ovarian cancer was detected. The girl immediately received oncological care at "Cape of Hope" - the same clinic where Tosia was treated.
Two daughters in one hospital is a situation that is impossible to understand until you experience it.
Further diagnoses
In addition to struggling with cancer, Hania also recently underwent a psychiatric diagnosis that confirmed ADHD.
This is another diagnostic and therapeutic path that will require commitment, resources and years of support.
Two warriors. One family and the enormity of the needs
Today, the family of Hania and Tosia face the simultaneous treatment of their two seriously ill daughters. The costs of travel to the clinic, treatment, purchase of medicines, medical equipment, hygiene products, diets and consultations are constantly increasing.
The strength of this family is not infinite. Their determination is tremendous, but without support they will not be able to bear this fight alone.
It is impossible to divide forces when the disease strikes both daughters, but you can share the help!
