Everything changed in June 2023, and the prologue of her battle with the disease was quite inconspicuous.
It was then that our Warrior Woman noticed a lump on her breast, albeit one that did not manifest itself in pain or other complaints.
Unfortunately, the tumor began to grow at a rapid pace. In April 2024, Elizabeth had a biopsy, and the results of the histopathological examination gave a shocking diagnosis - inoperable triple-negative breast tumor. Chemotherapy was implemented as soon as possible, with hopes that the tumor would shrink, allowing surgery to be performed to excise it. A mastectomy is also not out of the question. Test results also showed metastasis to the lymph nodes, and if they do not shrink after chemotherapy treatment, it will be necessary to remove them.
Ahead of our Warrior is six cycles of chemotherapy, followed by radiation therapy. Please support Elizabeth in this uneven fight! Any donation, even the smallest, will allow her to cover the costs of treatment, travel or later rehabilitation.
