Meet Susie - a charismatic, courageous Warrior.
Susanna, loves painting and playing instruments. She is very empathetic. She cares about the other children in the ward, tries to show them support, and with her smile she cheers up the other Warriors! Most often, she paints the house she would like to return to.
Susie is undergoing treatment and has been struggling with lymphoblastic leukemia since April. The brave warrior has received two blocks of chemotherapy, with more ahead of her....
Before her illness, Susie loved going to kindergarten. She misses her classmates. She enjoyed doing puzzles and all kinds of activities - especially playing in the sandbox. In recent months, the lives of Susie's parents and her sisters have turned upside down. Parents watch by their daughter's side and support her in her fight against the disease. Medical expenses generate travel to the hospital, which is 100 kilometers away from home.
