Update
Previous treatment
Since my diagnosis, I have undergone intensive treatment, including surgery, immunotherapy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and targeted therapy. Unfortunately In recent months, successive tests have revealed increasingly troubling findings and a worsening prognosis.![]()
Immunotherapy outside the drug program
I have been accepting patients for commercial immunotherapy since October 2025. Because I discontinued treatment early and my participation in the drug program has ended, the therapy is currently not covered by the National Health Fund. Complications arose during treatment, forcing the doctors to discontinue it.Complications and radiation therapy for brain lesions
I am currently undergoing symptomatic treatment, including radiation therapy for the brain lesions. I haven’t lost hope of continuing to live alongside my wife and children. With hope and confidence, I humbly ask for your support. April 14, 2026Peter's condition deteriorated rapidly
It is with great concern that we share this news. Piotr’s health has suddenly taken a turn for the worse. He has been experiencing increasingly frequent and severe bleeding caused by metastatic lesions in his intestines. The doctors had no choice—urgent surgery was necessary. The tumors had to be removed immediately.Immunotherapy - the last possible direction
Faced with a lack of other options, doctors want to give immunotherapy another try. The treatment is not reimbursed. The cost of one dose is about 30 thousand zlotys, and the minimum cycle includes four doses. That's more than 120 thousand zlotys, not counting supportive medications, travel and specialist consultations. This is a critical moment, and time is working against us. We ask for any help and sharing. May 17, 2025
Explore the history of
As of May 2022, Peter is battling a serious illness.
It all started with the discovery of a tumor in the right groin, which, after removal and testing, turned out to be metastatic melanoma. After the sudden diagnosis, a decision was made almost immediately to start treatment. Lymph nodes were removed and immunotherapy was started. Unfortunately, severe side effects forced doctors to discontinue the therapy.
The disease did not wait and attacked further. Subsequent tests revealed more metastases. Lungs, adrenal glands, intestines.... Chemotherapy was introduced, which was unsuccessful.
January 2024 is more bad news. The cancer is still progressing!
The effectiveness of previous therapies has worn off. The last chance is a new drug, which, although it does not guarantee recovery, gives Peter hope. Commuting, consultations, medications, examinations - it's a daily routine that can't be put off.
The funds raised will be used for ongoing treatment, specialized medical visits and hospital travel.
