Fun turned into research... Ines needs your help!

Until a few weeks ago, Ines spent her days biking, swimming and painting her colorful worlds.

She loved all kinds of manual work, cutting, gluing, creating... Today she had to put all that aside, because her daily life has turned into a hospital room and long examinations.

It all started with a swollen leg. Her mother, concerned about her condition, took her to her family doctor. After an initial examination, they were referred to a hospital in Opole, where an ultrasound was performed. The doctors' words were like a blow - "suspected lymphoma." From Opole they went straight to "Cape of Hope" in Wroclaw. Since April 7, Ines has been there together with her mother, away from home, away from her younger sister, away from everything familiar and safe.

Ines has already undergone a CT scan, an MRI, a biopsy, another ultrasound... Doctors suspect malignant tumor. Now they are waiting. They are waiting for the results, which may bring answers, but also new fears and decisions about treatment. Chemotherapy has not yet been implemented - everyone is holding their breath waiting for a diagnosis.

It is a time of great tension and uncertainty. A time that, for Ines and her mother, is like a suspension between fear and hope. For the mom, it's also a struggle for each day - for the strength to support her daughter, for the means to pay daily expenses, commute, and live separately from the rest of the family.
