My name is Yonaszek and I have been living sports for years. I train, work with people, and support them in developing strength not only physically, but also mentally. I believe that sports have tremendous power. It can change lives, build confidence, give strength... and it can also help those who need it most.

That's why, from December 1 to 7, I will donate all the proceeds from my personal training and group boxing workouts to the Cancer Fighters Foundation fundraiser. I want the effort you put in the training room to become a support for children and adults fighting cancer. Each of your workouts turns into real help, into a step to health, into positive energy, into a symbol of solidarity.
