From Engagement to Real Impact

My name is Izabela Dąbrowska, and I’ve been working on the Engagement Team at Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Poland for over a year. During that time, one of my goals has been to foster employee engagement in initiatives that make a real social impact, including establishing a partnership with the Cancer Fighters Foundation.

Together for those who need support the most

The Spring Charity Lottery marks the culmination of our efforts to date. We want to conclude this phase with something that will matter not only to us, but above all to the children who need our support.

Talent, creativity, and passion in action

As part of this initiative, our employees create unique handmade crafts and offer a variety of artistic and creative workshops. Each of these elements is the result of their commitment, talent, and desire to do something good for others. It is an initiative that brings people together around a common goal. It shows that even small actions, when carried out together, can translate into real help.

The power of working together

We want this campaign to be more than just a one-time event. It’s a summary of our work, but also a sign that the workplace can provide opportunities to help others and get involved in socially significant initiatives.
