At the end of 2024, Weronika was leading the ordinary life of a young woman—she had a job, plans, and dreams, and there was no sign of what was to come. Then she began to lose weight rapidly, even though she felt no pain or other obvious symptoms. It wasn’t until many months of searching for the cause that she received her diagnosis: advanced ovarian cancer. Today, at just twenty-two years old, Weronika has undergone extensive surgery and chemotherapy, but her treatment is still ongoing. She needs our support so she can continue her treatment and regain her strength.
