Some people talk about their battle with illness in terms of months. Bartłomiej counts it in years, because since 2017 he has been continuously battling Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which has gone into remission and returned repeatedly, despite successive treatments and transplants. Today, as the search for a donor for his next transplant continues, his family is facing an even greater challenge, because at the same time, his wife has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
